crystals. The collection was designed to tell the story of and represent the struggles, pain and hardships faced by her African American ancestors as they journeyed to the USA and during their initial settlement in America. The collection was designed as a way of saying thank you to her ancestors for enduring their hardships and thus paving a way for her to succeed in today's modern society.
