After successfully graduating from London's Royal College of Art, with an MA in Fashion, Sara Bro-Jorgensen
is launching her first collection under her own label. Sara is influenced by 2D images and stark contrasting shapes and patterns.
She often manipulates photos to use as the basis for the patterns in her clothing design. Black and white photography is reflected in the
multiple tonal qualities of her knitted pieces. The fabrics Sara likes to use range from heavy, black, hand knit to fine, sheer, silk tulle.
Sara has been described as 'Space-age, languid, goth, caught up in some tribal melee…
layered and layered and dresses falling from themselves
and held back in.' Sara also draws |

inspiration from the seemingly limitless possibilities of new technology.
Since graduating Sara has spent the summer of 2010 working on a variety of projects. She was selected for the coveted ITS9 Award
and was selected to go to Trieste in July to exhibit her collection. Sara has been featured, online, in Elle Uk, Dazed Digital, and Life,
as well as having a featured spread in Another Magazine.
