Yorkshire born, Manchester based, fashion designer Olivia Deeney recently graduated from The University of Salford.
Her final collection was inspired by Vanitas Art and The Human Art of Hoarding. The message portrayed in Vanitas tradition
is that of accumulating and collection. The concept being that an individual can have all the world's material possessions but when one dies everything is left
to another to own. Oliva's collection has been well received with credits from Lady Gaga's camp. 1883 Magazine and Italian Vogue have also featured
her work. Fashion Capital described her work as

"a breathtaking collection of vintage inspired gowns.
Having the feel of a stroll around a stately
home, with rich furnishings reflected in the floral tapestry fabrics and the twinkling chandeliers apparent in the liberal use of crystal droplets.
We love the attention grabbing first piece - a strapless tapestry gown that falls into a fountain of marabou champagne froth from the upper thigh."
Idol Magazine also raved about her collection describing it amongst other things as "captivating" and "beautifully subtle"
